Dr. Kiken has participated in clinical trials for medications now used to treat children's skin conditions. He has also published manuscripts in leading medical journals on topics including acne, atopic dermatitis, and tinea capitis, all common skin problems seen in children.

Dr. Kiken takes a special approach with the children in his care, performing exams and procedures in a reassuring manner designed to minimize the patient's anxiety and discomfort.
